Cameron Park Lake
Monday, April 20, 2009 at 3:00PM Fished Cameron Park Lake with Randy, Bob and John
Water was 65 degrees and fish were starting to spawn. Weeds were starting to grow already and the lake was extremely crowded. I caught 3 small Largemouth and 1 bluegill about 8 inches long. All of my fish came shallow an my new Blaze Tail Bugger. Randy caught 4 fish up to 18" on his Hell Craw.John caught 3 LMB up to about 14" on the Canadian Brown Bugger (this fly is going to be hot), and Bob got a big goose egg along with a broken rod.(thank goodeness for TFOs warranty) We all used Intermediate lines. Because of the crowds and people pulling bass off of there beds and keeping them, I will probably not come back to this lake for awhile.
