Frank Seifert is the owner of Off the Hook Fly Shop in Placerville California. Frank has been fishing since the early ' 80s. He enjoys many types of fishing, but his area of expertise is fly fishing on lakes and ponds in his float tube. Frank enjoys giving seminars and teaching classes on everything to do with fly fishing. You can often find him looking for wild trout on his backpacking trips or studying the fishing patterns of his favorite local lakes.
